Well, the last post was fun to write, so I thought I’d add another one. This time, I’ll find some other fun topics, and dissect them. The main topic for today, the overlying one, will be sex!

First of all: The Silver Ring Thing. This is a campaign to make teenagers wait with sex. What are the guys thinking? You can’t tighten the lid on a steaming pot! Kids will have sex, no matter what they’re told. Maybe not every kid, but most of them will test what this sex-thing is all about. If all you tell them is “thou shalt not fuck tillst thou ist married”, you’ll end up with a bunch of pregnant teenagers with STD, or a bunch of rapists. My motto is: Better use a condom, because you don’t want it to fall off! And, you don’t want kids with the first girl you fuck. You’re 16, she’s 14, you’re both drunk, or high, and you thought the sperm washed off in the shower. Who’s fault is it if a kid gets pregnant? The guy who fucked her, or the system who fucked her over time and time again, because they didn’t tell her about what sex is, nor did they tell her about birth control, nor STD. It sickens me.

Of course – If you really believe you should wait till you’re happily married, go ahead. But if you want to explore, stay safe!

The second topic on todays chart o’rants! Homosexuality. Dum dum duuum! (That’s the… you know, sing it with your lowest tone!)

WHY ON EARTH DO YOU BOTHER? Again on Conservapedia, they start with The Bible. As we stated in the previous installment: If you don’t believe in the Bible, you don’t believe in the Bible, thus you don’t care what it say! OK, your book tells you not to be gay. Then don’t be, be and live with it, or toss the book away!

Then something about genes and genetics, and the “gay-gene”. It might be genetic, it might be sociologic, it might be a sexual thing (imagine that!), and it might just be something “funny people” do to piss christians off. It really doesn’t matter, because everybody should be free to love whoever they want!

The article continues with a headline: “Religious Upbringing and Culture Can Strongly Affect Rates of Homosexuality” O’RLY?

I’m not gay, but if I grew up in a society where gay people were stoned (not getting high, but actually had stones tossed at them till they died from it) do you think I’d admit being gay if I were? Hell, if I grew up somewhere, and you would be stoned if you looked at the sky, I’d keep my eyes to the ground all my days! Ever think about that, you conservapedian writers? What about the gay people who live in strict religious cultures, who struggle each day, not only trying to be(come) straight, but also with their god? You can be glad suicide is frowned upon as well, or you’d be suprised how many bodies would stack.

Really, the article about homosexuality goes on for pages, and I can’t be bothered to read anymore of it at this time. I’ll have to come back to it later.
